      - friendly work environment - no micro management - management listens to employee feedback to improve sales and operations - product is awesome - legal tech nice is great to work in - end to end sales process that really teaches a lot and forces you to think outside the box; the company is willing to spend money on good marketing ideas

      Cons

      - post sales support is not great; could be better - sales org needs a lil more structure; excellent for someone smart to step in and improvise
