      Pros

      The benefits, from HR, as freebies are great. The events are good. But that is the only good part.

      Cons

      HR is not responsive or responsible. Product is not going anywhere. Their competitors are moving fast. Acquired two companies but killed them. Attivo and Pingsafe, both are integrated on paper, but the marketshare is nothing.

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
