      Pros

      - There are many opportunities to get involved in different projects - My manager and my team are open to my suggestions and ideas - I'm given the independence to get my work done in ways that are efficient for my workstyle, but I'm also supported and guided when roadblocks arise - I see a positive growth trajectory for my career - I'm given many opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders outside my team/org, which is great for professional development, networking, and career advancement - My role is fully remote - I have great benefits, including unlimited PTO, a wellness stipend, and 401k matching

      Cons

      I wish I had more opportunities to meet my team and manager in-person through team offsites and/or conferences in my region.

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
