      Pros

      The company has some of the best products in the market. It is growing fast but not irresponsibly so (e.g. not hiring a bunch of people that will be laid off as soon as we miss a quarterly goal). High-energy and innovation-driven culture.

      Cons

      Still a bit of the chaotic, non-structured approach to things that you may see in startups.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
