My experience with SentinelOne has been disappointing, and I feel it's important to share some insights for others considering joining..
Job Insecurity:
There is little to no job stability. Employees can be asked to leave without prior warning or performance improvement plans, creating a stressful and uncertain environment.
Lack of Training:
New hires are not given proper onboarding or training. Instead, you're sent links and expected to figure everything out on your own, which leads to confusion and a steep learning curve.
Unprofessional Practices:
Employee performance is often judged based on reviews from juniors rather than a fair and comprehensive evaluation. This approach feels unprofessional and unfair.
No Severance Package:
If you're let go, there is no severance package provided, and you’re expected to leave immediately. This makes an already difficult situation even more challenging.
While the company may have its positives, the lack of job security, proper support, and professionalism can be extremely harmful to one’s career. If you’re looking for stability and respect in the workplace, I’d recommend considering other opportunities.
