Pros

Everyone in the company is focused on the mission and is operating as one to build outcomes for our customers that secure their tomorrow. When you turn to ask for help to a challenge or opportunity, people readily jump in to assist. And one of my favorite attributes is that everyone is customer obsessed. Without this at your foundation, you will never become one of the great companies (which I believe we have all the makings to be!)

Cons

SentinelOne has grown so fast that we need to evolve some of our systems and processes for where we are today and where will be tomorrow. The good thing is we have identified this and have active plans to evolve them.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
