      Pros

      Strong culture of transparency, individual ownership, accountability and teamwork. SentinelOne is made up of the best talent I've ever worked with bar none. You are encouraged to take on a sense of ownership, as most employees participate in the generous equity programs (ESPP, etc). SentinelOne's technology is market-leading, and the trajectory has always been constant growth. Expect to be challenged and take it in stride. This company is in constant reinvention to continue scaling.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
