Pros

Mostly great people, great sales organization.

Cons

Culture-washing at its finest. The absolute worst HR on the planet, with no professionalism (or even common sense) that supports the most toxic managers. The few bad apples are ruining the organization like cancer. Do better and practice what you preach.

- Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
