Pros
SentinelOne treats employees like family, keeping those that work hard and perform at the top of their priority. From day one I have felt valued and appreciated.
It's C-level is full of individuals that are at the top of their game, but they also work together forming clear, winning strategies.
Cons
Due to the fast paced nature there can be decision volatility, however, SentinelOne's flexibility absorbs this impact.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype
Cons
CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
