Pros

Fantastic culture, support from management, leave policy (including 16 weeks non-binary parental leave for birth or adoption, including 5 days for grandparents), all combined with a clear mission and vision .

Cons

Fast growing company who's size sometimes outpaces HR support services. However, any issue is worked earnestly and with the best interest of the employee in mind.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
