      SentinelOne has the most organized company process among all the companies I have ever worked. Its goal setting is always Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound (SMART).

      Cons

      As a growing company, there have been chronic shortages or resources. To maximize Return On Marketing Investment (ROMI), creative and innovative approaches are always needed with a bit of pressure.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
