      No Egos at Executive level, high level of collaboration, consistent addition of product features to product suite, very competitive compensation plan, benefits, room for growth

      Cons

      highly competitive space, still a start-up so lots of individual contribution is required however the company does a fantastic job of recognizing needs and either hiring top quality talent, investment in better processes/systems, or both, to resolve the need in a timely fashion

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
