      Great people, technology, atmosphere and attitude. Management has a great Product vision along with a very good visibility and engagement of employees to the businees/field. The amenity is very attractive. SentinelOne is THE best company to work with. I can utterly recommend you to positively consider working there.

      Cons

      Rapid growth might come with scaling challenges and the ongoing process/operational improvements shifting this company from a start-up to an enterprise one.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
