      Pros

      Amazing challenges. successful business and huge customers - while still being a relatively small site - makes the impact of each person huge. There is so much to do and to influence, while not need to worry if the company will close up shop in a year (because it won't)

      Cons

      Noting significant to mention. No place is perfect and there is always something to improve but all in all - all is good

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
