      Pros

      Lunches a couple of times a week; some fun/smart people work(ed) here.

      Cons

      The culture is awful. The CEO doesn't have any charisma and leads through negativity. Every manager come in thinking they need to clean house based on the CEO's feedback, only to realize the CEO is no longer on their side after a couple of months. The stock option grants are very low, which makes employees not motivated and the leadership team unable to acquire top executive talent. Bad product releases blow up customer environments. Employees are on edge as they over-hired and do layoffs often. Very sad case of a good idea that just wasn't executed properly.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
