      Great people, lots of learning opportunities, wonderful trainer program with, potential for experience and knowledge towards future endeavors is endless and helpful.

      Cons

      Salary is under the standard from previous experience, and is not consistent. Rules and treatment between staff not the same.

      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working for Sentinel Management for close to 2 years! It is family owned and I love the fact that I know all of my colleagues.

      They still have processes that are old school, but they work.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the idea of working for a Minnesota based, family owned company. I had a lot of pride coming into the position, however....

      Cons

      At a site-level, the most extensive form of technology used is Microsoft Word and gmail. 90% of day-to-day operations are performed with pen and paper. The only form of rent payment is a physical check. It was hard for me to believe that a property management company could be so far behind in technology in 2015.
