      Pros

      Everybody is friendly and helpful. Projects are also fun and challenging. You learn a lot here as a developer. I would definitely recommend coming here to work as a co-op student for the experience, but not as a full-time.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are terrible. You're better off working as an office assistant with their new grad salary. Benefits are the bare minimum...don't expect much...

      Pros

      When the money was flowing, this was a great place to work and learn with bright colleagues and a fun environment.

      Cons

      Never a viable business. And eventually the money ran out. Seems impossible to hire capable leadership at this point with a ton of turnover and endless Game of Thones stuff. Employees spend more time worrying about the next restructuring” than doing their jobs. Don’t know why Glassdoor is so far behind: Gilbert hasn’t been CEO for 4-5 years.
