Commission is good if footfall is also good. Managers let you get on with your job mostly. Salary is alright
Cons
No career progression Long shifts, and late finishing times No structure or set shifts, so cannot plan your life - every week your off different days Hard to progress unless your a doormat or a bum lick No respect or consideration for staff Working almost every weekend despite there being more than enough staff to operate on 1 on 1 off.
