- amazing, creative employees, where you can actually make relationship for life - good for CV
Cons
- the management is abusive to his employees and he doesn’t care about their well-being, aggressive outburst are very regular and makes people cry - everyone is very secretive, no update on the company’s plan, future or team meeting - it feels like no one trust you - they don’t really care about your progression in the company, they will treat you as a number, hard to get promotions if you’re not in sales - very low salaries it’s crazy - very not flexible, people make a lot of overtime, full time in the office, they don’t really show or actually have appreciation for your work or your overtime - there’s no HR, management or any company structure really, a lot of micro managing happening - massive turnover that they don’t care about, people leave usually 3-6 months after they start if not quicker - there’s no really any values and work life balance not existent
