Oh where to start with this one.. Led by some of the finest incompetent people, SPS is nothing but a sweat shop that lets front line do all the work so that management can keep their bonuses. Most people are offended when you go to them with actual work requests, and have MASSIVE egos that you have to appease. VPs act like they are in a sorority, they are always gossiping, are catty towards all and walk around with a chip on their shoulder. No wonder they are unable to hire or retain any good talent, the only ones that remain is because they are used to brown nosing and know they wont last in any other real world job. And although they preach otherwise, they are ruthless predators, ready to foreclose on whatever they can and their assistance programs are a joke. Their culture is even worse- rampant affairs between co-workers, sleazy bosses that are always making inappropriate remarks at women, and women dressed like they're going to the club instead of work. But if you have a voice, and complain to HR, you guessed it, nothing will happen and you will get pushed out instead. Even people that start out motivated and wanting to make a difference will quickly learn that no one wants to change and they are all talk.. pretending like they are the greatest company in Townhall meetings, but a total MESS below the surface. By all means, stay far far far away from this company.
