Pros
Sedgwick offers a generous amount of PTO time. Sedgwick also offers great flexibility with your schedule. You are not hassled about lunches and breaks. There is room for advancement.
Cons
When you work your way up, you are not properly compensated. As a matter of fact you are extremely under compensated. There is always tons of work. Although a great deal of PTO days are provided many people end up losing them because of the amount of work and the stress with coming back from PTO or preparing your desk before leaving for PTO. The annual raises are also extremely terrible. They don't meet the cost of living increase and hardly matches your annual review.
