Pros

Flexible work hours, large amount of PTO, opportunities for advancement

Cons

Ridiculous amount of work is expected of you. 200+ pending is a norm, upwards of 300 is possible. These are for complex, litigated and pre-litigated claims. Average intake is about 50-70 per month. No way you can complete your work to the companies standards within normal work hours. You are punished for taking PTO. Feeling stressed and need a few days off? Go ahead a take them! Just know that when you come back, you will have 20 new assignments waiting for you with no one to cover your desk. This has been the same through multiple clients and different offices.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
