Pros

Free parking, beautiful office environment, free coffee, up-to-date computers and other technology

Cons

VERY rude management and supervisors, the stress from the workload and micromanagement by both clients and supervisors is unbearable and is, at times, debilitating, the office is run like a factory, poor pay, poor benefits, increased insurance premiums, parking is far away, an the worst of all is the underhanded stab-you-in-the-back practices by mid to upper level management locally. If you want to keep your sanity, stay far away. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. In fact, I'd rather be a greeter at Walmart! Advice to Senior Management – Please hire managers and supervisors who are interested in seeing their employees grow and prosper along with the company. Also realize there is limit as to what can be done in a single day and that the workload should match human capabilities. Compensate those appropriately who bring extra skills to the table. Treat your employees like human beings and not robotic machines. Make more concrete policies for employees as currently the majority of the policies are up to the manager's discretion. This creates a great environment in which favoritism flourishes. Lastly, work on creating a more diverse work force, not just white females. The level of stress caused by working for this company can have some very real physical side effects, such as Arterial Hypertension caused by stress on the job. Lastly, come up with a QA process that is meant to guarantee PG to the clients, not reduce the annual salary evaluations of your employees. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
