Pros

Collegial atmosphere for the most part. We receive lots of paid time off.

Cons

Salary caps disproportionately affect older employees with 25+ years of experience. You can be given a stellar performance review and then told that you will never receive another merit increase again because you've "capped out" of the arbitrary salary range assigned to your title. You will be told that you no longer receive merit increases so that younger, less experienced colleagues can receive the increases. You can be told you're promotable, but never promoted because it's more valuable to keep you in the job you know best. This form of age discrimination is against the company's own stated anti-discrimination policy.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
