Pros

Salary, PTO, ability to work from home, and coworkers are fantastic.

Cons

The workload is beyond unrealistic, particularly when there's no administrative support. When you're talking about 5+ jurisdictions and 10+ accounts, the 37.5 hour week is more like 55-60 hours weekly, and even then it's just not possible to keep your desk caught up.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
