Pros
There are many offices in various locations, so opportunities to work in these locations are abundant.
Cons
1. Pay is not comprable to other insurance or TPA's 2. Unethical, nepotism is a huge problem. Clients are sold a product that Sedgwick is unable to produce, such as indicating 2 people can do a job when in fact 4 are necessary. 3. It is made abundantly clear that personal time and family matters are not their issue. A child being ill a day after a holiday and the employee takes that day off though it was not scheduled off will have their pay docked. 4. Employees find it difficult to reach HR, or benefits department as there are excessively long wait times. 5. Work environment is rigid. Company is paperless so any printing from the copier is noted and is possible grounds to be written up.
