      There is no good reason to work here.PTO is nice thats it and u will use it to get out of this living hell.

      Cons

      Workloads are insane there is no work life balance,system crashes all the time,They expect salaried people to work 50 - 60 hours a week free,they have no compensation for your hard work people quit or call off or go on pto it becomes your problem to do there job.The CEO sends emails like this is the best place so caring.get off your rich butt and come see for yourself what a horrible company you are running.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
