      Pros

      They do not micromanage, as long as your work is complete manager are typically hands off unless information is needing to be relayed or it is time for 1 on 1s.

      Cons

      No room for growth, at least not my experience. I have get stats been with the company almost 4 years and yet I have seen no growth opportunities, I have applied several times for promotions and just get generic denials, I would feel a lot more valued it I could at least get feedback on what it is they are looking for.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
