Collaborative and Supportive Leadership. The leadership team encourages open communication, professional growth and collaboration across teams and regions, creating a strong sense of unity and shared purpose. Industry Leader and Global Reach. As Australia’s largest loss adjusting and claims management company, backed by a global network, employees benefit from exposure to major clients, complex claims and international expertise. Commitment to ESG and Innovation. Meaningful Work with Real Impact. Helping clients and customers during their greatest time of need provides a deep sense of purpose and pride, reinforcing the company’s mission to make a difference when it matters most.

Cons

The only con I believe exists is the complex global structure, As part of a large international organisation, decision making and process changes can sometimes take time to cascade, requiring patience and adaptability when navigating global frameworks.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
