      Pros

      Flexible work environment, a lot of remote work is allowed, generally supportive management. Benefits are decent, pretty middle of the road.

      Cons

      ELT sometimes feels out of touch with how services are being received in the real world. Marketing needs a huge overhaul. Salary is on the lower side, although open to negotiations.
