Pros

Friendly colleagues and fully remote. Management.

Cons

Unreasonable role expectations for an environment that has zero stability. CEO is noticeably missing a sense of EQ and treats employees like pawns. He had the entire sales dept. fly to Denver to participate in a 3-day long “bootcamp”, only to terminate 50% of them 3 weeks later. Those employees were *finally* trained and then immediately fired. They were given a heads up with only 15 days left to make a quota that no one has made in 4 months… It feels very mismanaged at the expense of the employees’ lives/well-being. There’s a lot of random firing throughout the entire organization. Every weekly meeting someone from C-Suite or management is being let go. Never an explanation. Things like onboarding, training, sales operations, product, marketing, brand… all a dumpster fire. I don’t know if it’s typical start-up growing pains or if it’s because this company is nose down with no control-- either way, it’s bad.

Pros

I work with a great team of Account Executives and have amazing support from the VP of Sales. The team is talented, hard working and it is an absolute pleasure getting a chance to work with them every single day.

Cons

This truly is the best team I've ever had the chance to be a part of. I can't think of any cons.

Pros

Medical benefits include you and your dependents.

Cons

- Stop wasting time here unless you are truly desperate for work. You will regret investing your effort in this place. - There is no real job security at all. - Management can terminate people on a whim and hand out rewards based purely on mood and unpredictability. -Mental stability in leadership feels questionable and the instability directly affects everyone's job security, making the entire environment feel unsafe and unreliable.
