Pros
They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."
Cons
They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria.
Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination.
No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.
