Pros

- Pay higher than average, but only for new hires - Some team members are quite knowledgeable, may share their experience and you may learn some stuff, if you're junior

Cons

- Benefits that they promise, are available only after 3 months (and they don't mention it while interview). They also promise you 3 weeks vacation, but you'll be surprised that 1 of it can be taken only on winter holidays. - no training, you have to do reverse engineering to understand the network design, setup.. etc. - higher manager is worse, very unprofessional, lying, promising and don't do.. they will never try to help you improve your skills, or maintain a team spirit.. lots of hypocrisy... - they aren't able to provide you with a basic equipment, like monitor, keyboard, mouse... and if you ask for it, you'll have issues with them, they will consider it as a misconduct (I had to use my own). - if you plan to have kids, and take a parental leave longer than 5 weeks, most probably they will fire you.. they will find a reason and will just fire you.. they don't want to wait you long to come back, because they have lots of work, and don't have much people. - you'll have to log any action in the Jira tracker - if you want to take a vacation longer than 2 weeks, you'll have to fight for it

Pros

They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."

Cons

They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria. Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination. No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.

Pros

- Great salary. - Good culture. - As for work life balance, you may get a shifting schedule due to operational needs but once you're off the clock, you're done done.

Cons

- Could be too hectic or fast-paced for some people. Not for me because I'm learning a lot and no pressure on my side.
