I’ve been at SecureAuth for over a year, and it has been a rewarding experience both from a learning and professional development perspective. After working in several cyber security start-ups as well as large enterprises, SecureAuth offers the best of both worlds. They have the benefits package and processes of a larger organization yet run like a start-up where your daily contributions matter to the executive team. Paul Trulove’s leadership is stellar; he brings out the best in everyone and encourages bold ideas. All teams – from product, marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering – work well together. We have weekly, cross-functional meetings to gather the best ideas to best drive the company forward. It’s truly a pleasure working with my colleagues who are smart, funny, and supportive. And that is how I’d describe SecureAuth’s culture – smart, funny, and supportive. We all appreciate the transparency shown at our all-hands meetings as the communication style is clear, concise, and consistent. I would 100% recommend SecureAuth for anyone who wants to further their career in the white-hot IAM space.

The product strategy is bold, but we all have confidence in the teams to execute well.

Compensations & Benefits are good. People are kind and helpful.

They are not adding market competitive features to the product. Consistent layoff since last many years and due to this many talented and experienced employees left the company in last couple of years.
