There are a lot of Opportunities for advancement in the organization. There is a high level of diversity in the workplace. There is a good balance between home and work life. Management is getting more open to flexible work hours, working from home, and more liberal dress code.
Cons
The Moral is really low and there is no sign of growth in the business, The employee turnover if very high at most levels and the level of talent has greatly decreased over the past couple of years. The company isn't coming up with ways to be innovative and does not have a clear direction.
