      Working with Sears has allowed me to work in a field I truly enjoyed in the Fine Jewelry Department. It also made it possible to work in sales and marketing which have always been my professional passion.

      There was an incredibly high turn over with upper management.

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
