      Seems like a good work/life balance place to work. Executive management smart and have opportunit to make change.

      Cons

      Like many retailers, struggling to compete with the big boys.Not sure how long company will turn around in next few years.

      Good team and good compensation

      Cons

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
