Don't see any benefit to work in this company. best only for old employee who joined in the startup, because they can't get job outside since no technical growth here.
Cons
1. HR policy not clear to HR and top management. 2. Your salary component depends upon others performance 3. Mangers are inexperienced and too many managers(worker and manager ratio is same some team its high) 4. Micromanagement . 5. working on old technologies.
