Well known brand; Learning environment; Integrated systems. Sears gives one an opportunity to understand how large corporations work and to solve large complicated problems. In addition, the nationwide presence allows you to expand your experiences when working at the corporate level.
Cons
Post merger actions and decisions have not worked as well as projected. Some of the market moves have been slow to take hold in the current economy.
