Pros
-great compensation -decent experience if you enjoy the people on your team -things are so challenging that you feel very accomplished when you get things done
Cons
-horrible core values ("make money") -lack of cohesiveness among many cross-funtional teams -very corporate and cold feeling -no training at all .... completely "sink-or-swim" -employees have no pride for the company (understandable)
