      Pros

      -people are good -some nice managers -very flexible with personal schedule; you can switch it with somebody, get a time off with a week's notice

      Cons

      -strictly timed breaks; will nag you if you take extra a minute or two -mangers don't listen to employees' suggestions -mangers don't come around to check on employees at ALL

      Good team and good compensation

      Cons

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
