      Pros

      There really are not many reasons. I mean you like it at first but in reality after a couple of months it is ridiculous with what you have to deal with.

      Cons

      The managers have no respect for the employees. If you need a manager they get annoyed and yell at you for calling them to come to the cash register. You could be an employee that has worked there for 30 years but you are always replaceable.

      Good team and good compensation

      Cons

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

      Pros

      great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

      Cons

      Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
