      Pros

      There were no pros to working here- low pay, overly competitive environment, incompetent leadership.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for- the culture was very fratty and they expected you to eat, sleep, and breathe Searchsrping as if their compensation wasn’t below industry standards. Expected way too much for such low compensation. Management and HR are a nightmare to work with.

      Pros

      None. Used to be a fun and motivating place to work until they brought in a new CEO. Went downhill fast from there.

      Cons

      The company was bought out and they brought in a new CEO and their posse so it's just one giant clique. New CEO is a ghost, forgot he's even part of the company at times. Seems like only Senior management gets the promotions/ raises. Communication is non-existent. Poor culture. Poor growth opportunities just a lot of false promises.
