Can't think of any pros at this point, things have changed and this organization does not practise the values it preaches.
Cons
There is a lot of misalignment between different departments, plan are executed in an insidious manner without transparency (cough...layoffs that were not called layoffs). No communication from upper management. This organization is about one thing only hit unrealistic revenue goals with no strategic plans. You will be over burdened, will need to meet unrealistic expectations and will gain nothing if you chose to work for searchspring (low salaries, zero promotions or worse laid off)
