      - Strong community from middle management layer to individual teams, members - New expertise injected in leadership team - Investment to scale into bigger future and appetite to take on some big projects/changes to get to the next level

      Cons

      - SLT is quiet and doesn't address the organization on the whole - Recent layoffs could have been managed better to help remaining team members - Departments struggle to co-operate sometimes

      Pros

      None. Used to be a fun and motivating place to work until they brought in a new CEO. Went downhill fast from there.

      Cons

      The company was bought out and they brought in a new CEO and their posse so it's just one giant clique. New CEO is a ghost, forgot he's even part of the company at times. Seems like only Senior management gets the promotions/ raises. Communication is non-existent. Poor culture. Poor growth opportunities just a lot of false promises.
