Very friendly environment, the management shows interest in the well-being of the employees, and the functionality of the teams, and provides the tools to keep moving forward and improving. Again, a special remark on the care that they try to provide to employees, they cover mental health services up to 3 months for each employee, and over those month they cover 50%, a different experience for my working remote

The job consists of continuous pressure and the feeling that enough is never achievable, although this is not a warning or alarm, the fact that this statement is continuously pointed out makes the job stressful, and you need to have certain character to overcome it.
