Lack of career development or growth. Owners are blind and deaf. Too much work, not enough employees, unrealistic deadlines. I wouldn't call this an "ad" or "tech" agency. Absolutely zero strategy. Owners have completely forgotten about their small customers and employees which made them successful at one point. Website platform is based on an open source with zero improvements over many years. Employees and customers are a revolving door. When over 30+ employees leave within 1.5 months, you've got a problem. Many other agencies out there that actually care about their employees and customers. Burned their reputation in the US, aggressive global expansion with little to no customers. Money hungry. Get out and stay away!
