Good compensation Flexibility in hours and work from home

Cons

Training is severely lacking! 1/2 day training for their products and they throw you to the wolves! Ask for help and you get belittled. No support from management Not sure if they tell their clients the truth about what they can offer - seem to over promise and underdeliver

- really smart coworkers - nice coworkers in the US offices - flexible schedules - encouragement to bring forward fresh ideas

Cons

- lack of synchronized communication amongst the owners - SOME managers, (NOT ALL) say they care about your well being, but when you raise serious issues with the work environment and or processes, it falls on deaf ears because other people are too lazy to do anything about it - no more free lunches - rude coworkers that gossip too much

Digital advertising company , many certified professionals. Free food

Cons

They hire and fire people. No proper planning to execute big projects. No proper leadership in GTA office. Average performing website products. They don't have product management team in Canada, only sales and Account management based here.
