Pros
As a pharmacy tech when you join the team at Scripts Rx Pharmacy you have to work a 90-day full-time period before you can switch to part-time. This is a trial period for them to see if you are a good fit for the company/ for you to see if this company is good for you.
Cons
When I started working there the management was excellent and everything was very organized but one of their key managers left it became a little disorganized and due to this employee retention suffered. This was 2 years ago though, hopefully, they fixed the management issue.
