Very unnecessary management. Very anal about seating style, talking style and no face given in any mistakes made. Probation period is for people to know their mistakes and learn from it. However, get scolded like a dog. Creating an uneasy environment to learn and lost all motivation. Also, not given enough time to learn and instructions were not very clear.
